ITA - Informativa sulla privacy per encryptWorld
A seguito dell'utilizzo del servizio di messaggistica "encryptWorld" ("EW", "nostri", "noi", "servizio") integrato nell'applicazione "encryptWin", sono utilizzati e memorizzati nei nostri server alcuni dati relativi a utenti che effettuano l'iscrizione al suddetto servizio. Verrà utilizzata la connessione internet esclusivamente per il corretto utilizzo di EW.
Dati forniti volontariamente
Registrazione: Per registrarsi al nostro servizio EW, l'utente dovrà fornire un proprio "nome utente" identificativo (username) e una password. La password "in chiaro" associata all'account non sarà MAI inviata attraverso internet né memorizzata nei nostri server. La gestione delle password degli utenti si basa su hashing SHA-256.
Messaggistica: I messaggi, le "password amicizia" e/o i file condivisi tra gli utenti non saranno MAI inviati in chiaro attraverso internet. L'invio dei suddetti dati verrà effettuato solo ed esclusivamente dopo crittografia in locale degli stessi basata sull'algoritmo di crittografia AES (Advanced Encryption Standard). I dati criptati inviati come messaggistica istantanea saranno memorizzati nei nostri server fino alla lettura/download degli stessi da parte del destinatario, dopodiché saranno eliminati automaticamente. Nessuno di noi ha la possibilità di decrittografare i dati scambiati tra gli utenti.
Età: L'utente deve avere almeno 13 anni per utilizzare il servizio (o età superiore necessaria nella sua nazione affinché sia autorizzato a usare il nostro servizio senza il consenso dei genitori). Oltre ad avere l'età minima richiesta per usare i nostri Servizi in base alle leggi applicabili, ove l'utente non abbia l'età richiesta per poter accettare i Termini nella sua nazione, il suo genitore o il suo tutore devono accettarli a suo nome.

E' previsto l'utilizzo solo ed esclusivamente di cookie di sessione con durata di 20 minuti per motivi di sicurezza dell'identità dell'utente.

EW garantisce la vostra privacy: nessun file, messaggio o altri dati sull'utente condivisi con noi saranno inviati a terzi.
Reclami
Qualsiasi tipo di reclamo/segnalazione può essere inviata all'indirizzo e-mail amelomba@hotmail.com o eventualmente attraverso funzioni interne del servizio EW.

A result of use of the encryptWorld messaging service ("EW", "our", "we", "service") integrated in the application "encryptWin", some data about users who sign up to the service are used and stored on our servers. Will be used internet connection only for the proper use of EW.

The encrypted data sent as instant messaging will be stored in our server until the read / download of the same by the recipient, after which will be automatically deleted. We will never be able to decrypt exchanged data between users.
